Allow Scripts Globally, Icon Not Always Updating

Allow Scripts Globally, Icon Not Always Updating in other Windows.
As in it may take an action on a different Window before the icon reflects its true state.

On what was an otherwise inactive window, when I first focus on the window, the icon, initially shows all blocked, but then a (partial) second later, it changes to show Allowed Globally.

But then some windows, may not reflect any change.

Even in a new window (about:blank).

Forbid Scripts Globally
New window (about:blank), shows as white
Allow Globally, still shows as white, not Globally Allowed.
Other windows may or may not show icon status correctly.

Nothing I can point to specifically.
SeaMonkey 2.29.
NoScript 2.6.8.40rc2.

> Perhaps SeasMonkey specific, don't know?

No it is not.

> Yes, I do have a ton of windows/tabs.

That doesn't matter either.

Load: http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic ... &t=2865431
- nothing allowed

First post, the www.howtogeek.com link, open it in a new window.

Page opens: http://www.howtogeek.com/?PageSpeed=noscript
- nothing allowed

Allow Scripts Globally (on the howtogeek page).

Jump back to the mozillazine window.

Icon shows all blocked.
Icon context menu shows, Forbid Scripts Globally (mean they are allowed, though the icon says not).

Could this be the same (or related) issue you saw viewtopic.php?f=10&t=19869 ?

They both do happen to have the =noscript in their URLs, don't they.
