NoScript offers only four choices for this link in its on-page Options dialog:
  • Allow intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.global.ssl.fastly.net
    Temporarily allow intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.global.ssl.fastly.net
    Allow https://intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.glob ... fastly.net
    Temporarily allow https://intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.glob ... fastly.net
Left-clicking on any of them has no effect, while middle-clicking any leads to a page that has only a "Forbid" button.

Additionally, adding "global.ssl.fastly.net", "ssl.fastly.net" and "fastly.net", to the whitelist does not allow the corresponding scripts to run either. And finally, when I try to add "intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.global.ssl.fastly.net" to the whitelist, the "Allow" button is greyed out. Trying to load https://intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.glob ... fastly.net (to which http://intronet-tng-herokuapp-com.global.ssl.fastly.net redirects) results in a message from Firefox saying,
The page isn't redirecting properly
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
BTW, the base page trying to run these scripts is "http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/envelope/tv/la-et-st-en-breaking-bad-20140807-story.html".

I can't see references to fastly on that page at all. Which sites have you allowed?

Don't know that I'm really following, but...

I see the domains you mention, & I can Allow them & can whitelist them.

And I also did not see reference to those domains from latimes.com.
