Feature Request: reload just activ site

Hi,
often it happens that i white list some thing and then a bunch of tabs get reloaded. Imagine yourself you, you want to post a comment on a youtube video, for that you have to allow jscript for google+
but after you have done that all your tabs with youtube videos get reloaded and every video starts playing. That is not very funny 
so please add an option to only reload the active tab
something like this:
PS: you need to activate scripting to register an account on your site.
Maybe you can change something on your captcha to work also without javascript
