Can I schedule a download using the brower's downloader?

I'm trying to download videos from Coursera and want to do it between 12AM and 5Am when my traffic is not metered. If I used FreeDownloadManager as the manager, the download fails because it redirects to a login page. I've tried providing login and password, but that doesn't work. If I download with FlashGot pointing to the brower's downloader, it works, because it's probably checking a cookie or something. Is there anyway to set up a scheduled download using with FlashGot set to use the brower's downloader?
