Vimeo - Cannot Play HTML5 with vimeo.com Allowed

URL: http://vimeo.com/66620530

Disable Flash in Addons Manager
Noscript, Forbid all Embeddings including FRAMES, & Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too

Load URL

First, a Flash placemarker shows [Flash is disabled]?
Clicking that brings up a Try Anyway button
Another placeholder displays
Clicking that brings up a Try Anyway button (again)
Try Anyway

The clip comes up & plays as wanted.

Allow vimeo.com & vimeo.cdn

Notice that there is now a small placeholder (<VIDEO> video/mp4) at the top left of the player)
Click that placeholder

The Player show, "This video cannot be played with your current setup.)

Reload the page
Ignore the placeholder, but click the Play button

The Player show, "This video cannot be played with your current setup.)

No playback occurs.

Disable vimeo.com

The Try Anyway button appears
Click that & the clip plays.

Another thing, if vimeo.com is not allowed, the player does not display a fullscreen button.

WFM...
SeaMonkey 2.27a2 with a Firefox 30 user-agent on Linux
All plugins disabled
Temp-Allow only vimeo.com & vimeocdn.com

Only thing is, sometimes scrolling the page can cause the video to stop playing & display the "Try again" message.

I see what's happening, even though you've clicked Play, or the placeholder, it still comes back & says "This video can't be played with your current setup.".

Once that has occurred, then Blocked Objects has video/mp4@http://pld.vimeocdn.com.
And once that is allowed, then the clip will play.
