Lost my NoScript icon

When I was moving icons around, my Noscript main icon vanished. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Noscript to get it back, without success. How can I restore it? Or how can I so thoroughly uninstall NoScript that the icon will reappear on reinstallation?
