flashgot & Free Download Manager (FDM) file name problem

I'm using flashgot 1.5.5.98, FDM 1.6.0 plugins with FF 26 and Windows 8.1, the trouble is whenever I tried to save a file or video, the name of the file saved was either get or videoplayback, not the correct file name. I couldn't find where to change it to the correct file name. Can someone please point me to where I can change this setting?

ps:
- I was using VideoHelper previously, with VH & FDM, I didn't have this problem.
- if I cancel using FDM to download, and using FF's downloader, it saved with the correct file name too!!
