So this program has been rated for almost perfect add-on for mozilla at various sites, and I understand the idea behind it...
It's just that almost every site that I use is not functioning properly, and I have to disable noscript in almost every site that I visit. I don't understand, is there any use for me to use it?

It depends what you want to do on website. Most sites should work fine without JavaScript, but if that's not the case for your browsing habits, you might want to select NS menu -> Scripts Globally Allowed (dangerous) and go NS menu -> Options -> Embeddings -> check "Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too". That way all sites will be allowed to run JavaScript by default (unless you explicitly Mark a-site as Untrusted), but plugins would be activated only when and where you want them and NoScript will still protect you from XSS, unauthorized website access to your local network, and some other kinds of Web-based attacks.

Or you could first try Options-General-Temporarily Allow Top-Level Sites by Default, which is slightly safer than global allow, and see if that works for you.
If you're going to use either one, then I'd suggest using a good adblocker, which will cut out a lot of the garbage and prevent *some* kinds of attacks.
