ABE ruleset splitter persistency broken

In NS Options -> Advanced -> ABE, the positioning of the splitter between the list of ABE rulesets and the textbox for viewing/editing individual rulesets always moves after changing the position and closing/reopening Options. Sometimes it even reverts back to where it was before changing it.
Please fix this so that the positioning is always and correctly persistent. TIA
