Better Quantserve surrogate script needed

NoScript has a surrogate script for edge.quantserve.com, but some HTTPS sites include tracking scripts from secure.quantserve.com.
I noticed this some time ago when https://security.stackexchange.com/ loaded with broken CSS but http://security.stackexchange.com/ looked fine.
Changing the value of noscript.surrogate.qs.sources to *.quantserve.com in about:config fixed the issue, and it seems that Ghostery does the same.
Maybe someone with more time and knowledge of tracking scripts should look into Ghostery's surrogate collection and get some inspirations for NoScript ...
