bottom bar

the bottom notification bar that appears in the browser is messed, i click the small x to close it, but it crop my browser, makes it hard to navigate sites, that have menu at the bottom of the screen, those partly appeared, and the text field of a chat box completely disappeared, because noscript bottom bar took its place, even after i close this irritating bar, it does not show up,
i had to remove this buggy script, I know it offer some nice features, but i honestly prefer spyware over this junk, really drove me mad trying to fix it!
