Is it possible to get noscript to display the poster for a blocked <video> object without first having to click to unblock & play?

If a placeholder displays, hovering the placeholder will usually display "poster".
Or perhaps the Blocked Objects menu may give it to you.

The placeholder displays and hovering doesn't change it. The Blocked Objects menu just gives another way of unblocking the video so it plays, no poster.

So simply also display also what's in the poster attribute in some way (e.g. as a greyed-out background of the placeholder)? Sounds like a good idea to me.
