Video Breakage when Apply these restrictions to trusted sites too & NoScript > 1.9.5.6

Youtube.com Requires about:blank

Now (as in like it was not there before you Allowed youtube/ytimg), context menu will show about:blank

Change occurred between 1.9.5.6 & 1.9.5.7

Works for me, without allowing about:blank. Same settings as yours, about:blank is offered for allowance, but I can see the movie immediately after clicking the placeholder, keeping about:blank forbidden.

Looks to be even greater breakage then just Youtube & about:blank.

Working ... SeaMonkey 1.1.17

I believe it has to do with the particular settings enabled [& possibly a restart may be required after changing settings for action to occur (or not as the case is)] ...

When that is enabled, there is breakage. On some sites, you just get no video at all after clicking the placeholder - with no apparent way around it.

I still can't reproduce the youtube.com/about:blank issue.
The break.com one is fixed in latest development build 1.9.5.73, thanks.

Whether you can reproduce Youtube or not, youtube also now appears fixed.

(The same situation occurs as in my original post, except that now the video plays. So still after Allowing youtube.com & ytimg.com, when I revisit the NoScript context menu, about:blank is then shown, but now does not need to be enabled.)

Not surprising, but may be useful:

With a clean profile, NS 1.9.5.7, blocking plugins and iframes on trusted sites, I could reproduce therube's examples with youtube (the example made the work very enjoyable ;-)) and break.com - with the extra finding that navigating away and back on both sites, had the same effect as allowing about:blank on youtube.

1.9.5.73 fixes both for blocking on trusted sites here too.
