Updated Flash; NoScript 2.6.8.15rc5 kills JavaScript

Forgive me if I miss a few things, I'm a bit under the weather.

This morning I applied the latest update to Adobe Flash. Afterward, it seems that Javascript doesn't function properly in FireFox. Some pages that rely on it heavily don't load, others behave strangely.
I tried disabling the Flash plugin and all of my other extensions in various orders; the only fix seems to be to disable the NoScript extension. Even setting NoScript to globally allow scripts leaves the pages mangled.

Let me know if there are logs or something more I can provide; I'm not used to debugging something as complex as a web browser.

What version of NoScript?

URLs to the pages that are not correct?
And what isn't correct on the pages?

2.6.8.15rc5, according to the addons list.

If it uses JavaScript, it's busted. YouTube's thumbnails won't load and the video player won't change from the small version (though videos will play). The "Step 3" page you get after installing Flash fails to load anything but the background and heading text. Danbooru uses Javascript to hide irrelevant options (for instance, the "Favorite Image" link is replaced with "Unfavorite" if the image is in your favorites) but all of these links are visible and non-functional, the tag editing button properly scrolls you to the bottom of the page but doesn't summon the tag editing box.

Essentially, everything is behaving as if Javascript is blocked.

For now, revert back to 2.6.8.15rc4, or to the last release version.

Yup, 2.6.8.14 works fine. I have no idea how I even managed to get an RC, or why. The wonders of not having enough sleep.
