ABP non-intrusive adds setting & other concerns

Hi I'm new here and I have a few questions, like most people on this site I have have ABP installed and for a while I was a little confused about the misleading label of non-intrusive advertising, but after coming across some information turns out ABP wasn't been very frank about this and they make it sound like there allowing some banner adds on smaller domains though it looks like you don't need to have this enabled in order to display some safe/stable adds on certain sites instead it's similar to Ghostery's Ghostrank. So if non-intrusive advertising is enabled can NoScript prevent eavesdropping from ABP?
Beyond the ABP concern I have a couple more questions and concerns
no.1 Careto malware you can read about it on BleepingComputers, since its so sophisticated I'm wondering how well NoScript would be able to prevent it from infecting a system?
no. 2 On the topic of exploits how well does BrowserProtect work with NoScript and is it worth installing if you already have Noscript installed?
PS: The two main concerns for me is the ABP non-intrusive adds & Careto malware

NoScript is not a privacy tool, and is not primarily concerned with eavesdropping.
If advertising relies on JavaScript, then NoScript will block it. If it is just images and stylesheets, then it is not a threat to your security and NoScript will ignore it.
You probably want Adblock Edge.
Careto malware you can read about it on BleepingComputers, since its so sophisticated I'm wondering how well NoScript would be able to prevent it from infecting a system?
Kaspersky Labs have indicated that the bug spreads by emails containing links to attack sites. If you mistakenly follow the links, NoScript will kill active content on the attack sites, which will stop them from downloading the malware onto your system.

To me, it doesn't sound like it's ever worth installing; I've never had to deal with my homepage or search engine being hijacked. But I doubt there's any conflict with NoScript.

Thanks but I'm manly referring to tracking/analytic scripts, anyway it probably would be a good idea for ABP users to disable the non-intrusive advertising feature which should reduce tracking, there's also Disconnect which has some privacy and security features as well plus it works well with Noscript, and I've heard about Request Policy though I'm not a %100 sure how much it could help against intrusive scripts.

I figured so which is very comforting to know

just goes to prove that open source really is the most sensible solution for security.

Right and typical browser hacks are usually done by exploiting a script java or flash, since Noscript automatically blocks these types of exploits whats the point of installing it.
PS: I like your philosophy

True religion, which dares to acknowledge death and challenge the way we live, is an attempt to wake up.)

At one point, my signature was my geek code, but it confused people from non-English-speaking backgrounds.
Any other questions about Careto?
