Just installed NoScript in Firefox 27.0.1 but it is not stopping Google Analytics from slowing down site page loads. Any suggestions on how to stop Google Analytics????

How do you determine it's Google Analytics?
Google Analytics is disabled by default (unless you've explicitly selected "Globally Allow Scripts").

Because I see that Google Analytics is showing up in the lower left of the screen as it delays the web page loading! I have not changed anything in NoScript, just installed it as I said, just a few days ago.

I assume that you mean there is a 'Waiting for google-analytics.com...' message that hangs around for a while?

This doesn't necessarily mean that GA is slowing down page loads. What happens if you (temporarily) allow it in NoScript?

Yes, Thrawn, that is what I mean, the GA delays the page load either way! FYI, this computer is running XP Pro v2002 SrvPac 3 w/Firefox 27.0.1 and the NoScript version is 2.6.8.14. I tried to update to the 2.6.8.15 and even with a reinstall it still shows 2.6.8.14. My laptop has Windows 7 Home Ed 64-bit and when I installed NoScript it shows version is 2.6.8.15. NoScript works on XP doesn't it???

As Giorgio said NS is supposed to block by default *all* cross-site requests to google-analytics.com, so if you're not on google-analytics.com when this happens you shouldn't see "Waiting for google-analytics.com" at all.
Something is really messed up on your XP machine. Please try creating a new Firefox profile, installing only NoScript *and leaving all default settings as-is*. If Google Analytics is blocked there, your best bet is Standard Diagnostic on your normal profile.
Please let us know the results, thanks.
