I am using wireshark to check what network traffic is sent during firefox startup. After tweaking firefox settings and disabling all firefox addons, it didn't send any network traffic on startup. I enabled noscript, and I saw it connecting to these two IP addresses:

69.195.141.178 - Hackademix di Maone Giorgio
72.167.18.239 - GoDaddy

Why is NoScript making these connections and how do I disable them while still using NoScript?

Both IPs are contacted anonymously to retrieve https://secure.informaction.com/ipecho .
The reason is http://noscript.net/abe/wan
