Getting clickable permissions menu to stay....

Hello! Normally I would search for answers to this question, but I have no idea what to search for. A long time ago, the NoScript clickable permissions menu used to stay in place until I was finished clicking to allow all my temporarily enabled options for a web page. Now, as I click each site to temporarily allow it, the menu disappears after each click. Very, very annoying. I have disabled the refresh after each allowance option, but that did nothing. Is there no longer a way to make this menu/list stay until I have finished clicking all the temporary sites that I want to allow for a web page? I hope this question makes sense to someone...perhaps a long time user?

about:config -> make sure noscript.stickyUI is reset to true
if so, you need to actually hover the mouse over the toolbar / statusbar icon to get the sticky menu

@WickedGirl: Also, if you launch the menu via the yellow notification bar, it will not be sticky, regardless of 'noscript.stickyUI'. It's only sticky when you use the NoScript icon on the status/addon bar.

@redwolfe_98: FYI, if you open the NS menu by mouse hovering, closing the sticky menu only requires moving the mouse off of it...

with barbaz's kind help, i have found the solution..
if you want noscript's menu to be "sticky", where you can enable scripting for multiple domains at the same time, without the menu's closing automatically each time that you allow scripting for an individual domain, then, in noscript's settings, on the "general" tab,
you have to have "open permissions menu when mouse hovers over NoScript's icon" enabled/ticked..
if "open permissions menu when mouse hovers over NoScript's icon" is not enabled/ticked, the menu is not sticky and noscript's menu will close instantly when you allow scripting for an individual domain..
i think this is a bug in noscript, that the menu is suppose to function the same way when "open permissions menu when mouse hovers over NoScript's icon" is not enabled/ticked as it does when "open permissions menu when mouse hovers over NoScript's icon" is enabled/ticked..
