Recently, Youtube has increased the the resolutions it explicitly lists. I only have an example of 1440 tall not being offered despite having it available, though I suspect it will apply to all the new resolutions. (From what I hear, Youtube plans on supporting up to 4k.)

At least on that particular video, it appears to have fixed the problem. (It also fixed a regression I noticed in rc2 where detection of all DASH videos went away).
