Allow scripts only on current page?

Hi,

Is it possible to allow a script like google api to work only on the current page?
Because if I allow google api it will allow it on all tabs I have open. And I'm way too paranoid to allow that ;)
A nice feature would be an extra menu item for allowing scripts
-teporarily allow google.co
-allow google.com
-allow google.com for this page only

Some pages just do not work without allowing the api but that does not say I want it enabled on all tabs I have open.

Cheers,

JMH

It sounds like you are paranoid from privacy perspective. NoScript is primarily about security. Do you expect Google APIs to attack your computer? Then you should not allow it anywhere.

For managing privacy, you are better off using Adblock Plus, which you can enable or disable on any page. If you don't want the default adblocking list, you can disable it and just add rules of your own.

For me privacy and security are almost the same on internet.

I want to use some websites that do not work without these API's, like for instance a forum (not this one this one is nice and low on scripts ;) )
So if I allow googel api (there are probably also others but google is the biggest) it can record the website I'm visiting and my IP. So it stores that with my profile or the profile of my IP. If I make use of one of the services owned by google they can link that IP to my person. So I try to give as little as possible to google.
If I do not allow google at all (and others) than I can just as well go back to the pre GUI erra and do everything by commandline.
So I was hoping for a friendly way to guard my privacy/security.

And yes I did use adblock plus, until he started to allow paying (to him) advertisers. So now I use Adblock edge. And better pricacy, do not track me, https everywhere and self destruckting kookies. Yes I value my privacy 8-)

Well, those tools should be able to manage Google for you. If you want NoScript to do it too, you'll need to learn about ABE.
