can't download video from catholictv.com

Would you help me how to download videos on http://www.catholictv.com/shows/notre-d ... eek-advent? FlashGot not working properly.
Looks like they're using "manifest.f4m" & "Fragments".
And I believe FlashGot only works with them with specific sites.
