Mathjax displaying incorrect

If you go to any page using Mathjax e.g. stats.stacksexchange.com, the mathjax doesn't display correctly even if the source domnain is on the whitelist.

See for example: https://stats.stackexchange.com/questio ... stribution

You see source:

$p(\theta) = \left(-\frac{\textd^2(\log \theta)}{\textd\theta^2}\right)^{1/2}$

instead of mathematical notation even if mathjax.org is added to the whitelist.

The problem is not NoScript, but Firefox itself punishing poor hosting practices:
Browser Console wrote: Blocked loading mixed active content "http://cdn.mathjax.org/mathjax/latest/M ... X-AMS_HTML"
You can work around by loading the plain HTTP version of the broken HTTPS page.
