Menu doesn't show up with mouse hovering on add on bar icon?

I upgraded to firefox 26 and now the menu when u hover over the add on bar icon with your mouse does nothing. The menu that usually comes up doesn't any more. I've uninstalled and re installed. It worked perfectly in firefox 25.

I have it selected in the options so that's not it either. any help? thanks
