Right Hand Menu

Hi, the icon in the lower right hand corner shows a VERY small menu selection and I use to have one that was about 6 inches tall.

Going into NoScripts Options brings up a box to check/uncheck options but after I check what I thought my 6 inch one had, when I click save, NOTHING happens.

Where is the location of the file that holds the options for this menu?
