Periodic Review of Whitelist/Blacklist

Not sure if this is already in place or not, but it would be cool if NoScript did a periodic review of my client white/blacklist and notified me of any changes. That way, if a site that I blacklisted in the past, were to "clean up their act", I would like to know about it, so I have the opportunity to move them to the whitelist--and vice-versa. In fact, the reverse scenario is more likely: I whitelist a site that subsequently receives bad marks. If I don't hear about that, I'm potentially vulnerable.

I'm guessing this isn't currently in place, because I've yet to receive such a notification (unless it's happening in the background, in which case I would like a way to opt-in to notifications).

So you think NoScript should tell you what shouldn't be in your whitelist and blacklist until you do what it says? For some people, that could turn NoScript into nagware. It's possible that a site I would blacklist no matter what, the centralized service you're suggesting would say it's fine and why am I blacklisting it. The point of NoScript is that you, as the user, get to take control of the Web by personally picking where you want active content to run. You should read Giorgio's definition of a "trusted" site: http://noscript.net/faq#qa1_11

Please Giorgio, please don't implement this RFE.

How would you know?
How would anyone know?

What determines "clean"?
Who determines "clean"?

IMO you have to proceed as if there is no such thing as a "safe" site.
After all, there isn't .

What might be more useful would be for NoScript to detect sites that you have permanently whitelisted, but that you no longer visit. But that would be a whole different RFE.
