this is bad, no gui even for advanced users. i don't like it.

why cannot be created an 'hidden' advanced-users-gui?

If you're confident of your l33t sk1lz, then feel free to go to about:config and edit noscript.untrusted.

Sorry you didn't appreciate the humor.
There's nothing *wrong* with a blacklist GUI. Giorgio just hasn't taken time to make one - and it's not usually a big deal, since sites are blocked by default anyway, so you usually only need to blacklist them if they're cluttering up your menu. In which case, the menu is all the GUI you need.
However, if you go to about:config, you can edit the noscript.untrusted setting, which contains your blacklist. You should only do this if you understand about:config and are confident that you won't break things, rather like the Windows Registry.
Or, as suggested in the FAQ, you can export your NoScript settings to a file, edit that, and re-import it.
Have fun
