How is your NoScript configured with regards to active content/plugins? If you allow the site, does it still not work? If you allow and it doesn't work, do you have the block plugins applying to trusted sites too?

I am assuming its the site OP stated: Fileuploadyours.com but I get a broken link for that, so it would be helpful if the OP can clarify actual url.

A dead URL & then one that leads to SPAM.
