allowURLBarJS and globally allowed scripts

Hi!
Today I noticed that the issue mentioned here, seems to be still present: http://forums.informaction.com/viewtopi ... =7&t=11074
Using NoScript 2.6.8.1, the noscript.allowURLBarJS preference seems not to work when noscript.global is true.
