Broken update URLs at secure.informaction.com/update/

The NSA++ version at https://secure.informaction.com/update/ is 3.5a4rc20130608214. According to http://noscript.net/nsa/latest/, the version is 3.5a4rc201306082147. Same for the updateLink element.
