FlashGot 1.5.5.6rc1 Broken on Youtube.com

Install 1.5.5.6rc1
Open a Youtube page
No FlashGot Media icon appears
(you may get, see, a flash on the Status Bar where it appears it was wanting to do something, but you get nothing)


Install 1.5.5.5rc2
Open a Youtube page
FlashGot Media icon appears as expected


Not seeing anything related in Error Console.
There is no flashgot.fgt*.


(Suppose that explains why every time I've looked at a Youtube URL of late, I failed to get any FlashGot Media icon.)
(So you mean I'm the only one it has happened to?)


In FF23 (but not in SeaMonkey) I do get an Error Console error:

Fixing it as part of the "user" merge.
Hope to put rc2 out in 24 hours at most, thank you.

Working again .

It used to be that the FlashGot Media icon would appear before you had clicked the placeholder. I found that convenient, giving me an indication of available file sizes & types, without needing to actually start the playback.

Now you have to start playback first.

I had unset Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too & that is what caused the above change in behavior, so no difference.
