BUG? Wget download manager not working correctly w/YouTube

Operating System: Linux - Fedora 17 (32-bit)
Browser Firefox 22.0
Wget download manager is not working correctly for me with YouTube.
i.e. If I select the .flv and .mp4 files, only the first one is downloaded, then I see an error message in the console window that the file already exists instead of correctly downloading the next file.

URL to the clip?
And where are you located?

This happens to me with ANY clip where I select more than 1 file format at a time. By default, I have FlashGot set to select all by default. In the popup window I unselect all .webm, .3gp, and small files, leaving the large and medium .flv and .mp4 files.
Here's 3 URL's that downloaded ONLY the large .flv file, and failed to download the large and medium .mp4 files and the medium.flv files.
The first 2 are VEVO sourced, but the 3rd is from a private individual.

Are you getting different results with Wget selected as the default Download Manager in FlashGot?

Assuming I'm using FF correctly (not necessarily an easy thing to do), I'm not getting anything on the "vevo" links, are you?
Or maybe FlashGot just isn't parsing them correctly?
