NoScript cannot fetch my WAN IP because connections from this IP address to secure.informaction.com are being dropped. Is there a way to manually give NoScript my WAN IP until this gets resolved?

EDIT secure.informaction.com seems to be working again, but it would still be useful to know how to manually give NoScript my WAN IP.

Nope, but you can achieve the same effect by adding your IP to the noscript.ABE.localExtras about:config preference, albeit it won't be shown in the ABE options panel as the "WAN IP".
