I'd say nothing to worry about.
For some reason Firefox failed to reload the page a after a permission change, NoScript caught the Firefox error and informed the most geeky users that something went wrong during the operation.
No security concern, at least.

Don't really understand what "permissions change" in Firefox could mean, but I'll take your word for it and not worry. It looked hardcore, though.
