clicking on the no-script button only shows "Temporarily allow all this page" and "Allow Scripts Globally, there are no options to allow or deny individual sites

Go inside the Options and under appearance tab, make sure the items that you are seeking are checked, otherwise they won't show up on the menu. Let me know if you need an actual step by step walk through.

Oh that fixed it. those are usually checked my default so I was at a loss as to what was going on....lol

I don't know how you lost them but its possible something got pooched with the settings. You got it working, so that's a good thing. Take care.
