Per page/site, allow local script, wildcards

Feature/option that I would find useful:
It would allow javascript from the originating site, e.g. if I'm on https://amazon.com, it would allow anything from *.amazon.com, but not anything else unless I explicitly ask. I.e disable 3rd party script by default.
When I enable a script on the page/tab, I don't want to enable it on all frames (e.g. googlecommerce or google-analytics might be needed on the current page/tab). If I have "reload" set, I would like it to only reload that page and no others.
Also I have lots of local pages like setting up routers that things move, so it would be useful to enable ranges - add wildcards, like 192.168.*, 10., 172.*
