NoScript 2.6.6.9 appears to mess up Youtube formatting on its pages in regard to the video on the general left side, and suggested videos on the right - the suggested videos area now appears lower after the bottom of the comments area to its left. I did not see this in the previous version of NoScript. I did not have to previously scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the suggested videos in the right column.
Running Firefox 18 - Maybe this is fixed in Firefox 22? Running WinXP.

If you disable NoScript (& restart) does the change persist?
