[Bug] Blurred icon NoScript on some site.

Win 7 64, Firefox 17 ESR and Firefox 22.
bug on site (example)
http://lj.rossia.org/users/mor77/
blurred icon NoScript on navigation-bar and panel is stretched.
It's happen when forbidden Flash Plugin in NoScript option (disable/enable Flash Plugin in Firefox doesn't matter) and all scripts allowed.
(whitelist of NoScript clear)

The dropdown "caret", is that part of the "NoScript" icon or is that something else, like Bookmarks?

In FF, you get "wide" with a whole bunch of icons displaying.
In SeaMonkey, the NoScript icon reduces to nothing more the a few px space where its former self was.
