I just discovered I'm unable to log in completely to Amazon.com with NoScript. 1.9.3.91.
Technically I can log in. But I'm unable to complete an order. I disabled NoScript and all my problems went away.

Do you get any NS-related error message in Tools|Error Console when this happens?

I'm ashamed to say I forgot to check. I've sinced looked and see nothing about Amazon & NoScript. But when I switched to NS 1.9.3.92, it worked fine.Giorgio Maone wrote:Do you get any NS-related error message in Tools|Error Console when this happens?
But today I tried a search on http://buyingguide.winemag.com/ with no success. I disabled NS 1.9.3.92 and was able to search properly. Checking the Error Console, I found the following entries:
Error: callbackMethod is not a function
Source File: http://buyingguide.winemag.com/ScriptManager.axd/Master
Line: 4222
Error: ubl is not defined
Source File: http://noscript.net/
Line: 417
Error: ubl is not defined
Source File: http://noscript.net/getit#devel
Line: 375
Happy coding

PS Disregard the NS version in my sig.

Re: unable to log in completely to Amazon.com w/ 1.9.3.91
Allowed winemag.com.
Entered 'merlot' in the search box.
Returned: Showing items 1 through 4 of 4,167
So looks to be working "fine" on this end.
"fine"
Now once the search was completed, I could do some filtering (with the dropdown selections, which do not work very well for me), but a subsequent attempt at a search was ineffectual?
So something isn't working as expected, but appears not related to NoScript (& dont' have time at the moment to look further).
Perhaps cause the URL is changing & a (Reset Filters) is not reflecting that or some error in the JavaScript on their end.
Initially: http://buyingguide.winemag.com/
Merlot search: http://buyingguide.winemag.com/#q=merlot (which is successful)
but then (Reset Filters)
Cabernet search: http://buyingguide.winemag.com/#q=merlot (URL unchanged)
Gives appearance that the subsequent attempt failed?

Looks just like a buggy site.
Notice that they also use Omniture tracking scripts (*.2o7.net), therefore some "feature" may depend on them and break if they're blocked (not sure if an Omniture surrogate may be worth).
