keeps taking Gigaget out of list

Flashgot keeps taking Gigaget out of download manager list.
I thought I fixed this by always having Gigaget running when I do a Minefield update. Now I see Jdownloader, which is not installled, and no option for Gigaget, which is.

(JDownloader looks to be a separate issue, DownloadManager Options.)
