scripts on whitelisted sites get blocked

Hello,
as of today, the script content of trusted sites (e.g. those I added to the whitelist manually) is blocked. I use Windows 7, Firefox 17.0.2 and the current version of NoScript.
The issue affects all sites, including this forum, the most prominent being ebay.de (also ebay.com). ebay displays an error message, that I should enable Java Script to use their "search experience". Java Script in general is enabled, ebay is whitelisted. The only solution to get rid of the error message was to generally deactivate NoScript or enabling all scripts. That's why I think, it must be an NS issue.
Unfortunately I can“t tell if every type of plugin is affected - but I can say for sure: Java Script is.
The NS Menu shows the sites with a blue "S" - Scripts allowed, but the content is not loaded. Toggling the site's permission off/on does not help.
As stated, all was fine yesterday and the day before, visiting exactly the same sites and using exactly the same FF and NS settings.
