Since the 20130606 Firefox nightly NoScript doesn't automatically set the temporary permission for current top-level domain anymore. It acts as if the temporary whitelisting was disabled.
I assume the problem is on the Firefox site since apparently nothing changed in NoScript (no update that day) but maybe you'd still like to know.
I also filed a bug report at Bugzilla: bug 881007.

Seems to fix the problem, but I often have to click on links twice to get the page to render (I get an about:blank the first time).

Thanks for the fix. Though I get the same problem like timbugzilla now, about every 2-3 site just shows the about:blank page.
