I am using persian version of firefox (latest version 21.0) and installed flashgot on it. But every time after I restart my browser, the flashgot is not activated and in add-on pages, there is a "restart firefox" link beside flashgot add-on.
Unfortunately, there is no "Delete this add-on" link so I could delete it and reinstall it again.
anyone could help me to solve this problem?

Looks to work for me.
Installs, all options are there.
Addons Manager shows; Options | Disable | Remove (or vice versa depending on RTL & which way you're saying it ).
All persists as expected after Disable/Restart, then Enable/Restart.

As a test, create a new Profile.
Install only FlashGot & see what happens.

This looks like an add-ons manager corruption.
Please try to exit Firefox, locate your profile directory and delete the following files, if existing:

• addons.sqlite
• extensions.ini
• extensions.sqlite
