It works for me.
Maybe a problem with Firefox 12? Try to upgrade to 17.x (ESR) or 21 (current)?

I think he wants it to show: 2.64GB rather then 2707MB (if size > 1000MB)

I would think consistency in layout would be more important.
One might miss the fact that it switched to GB & say, "oh, just a short clip, let me download...".

Hi there,

I can confirm the problem for Firefox 17 ESR, 10 ESR and the really old versions of Firefox and SeaMonkey with Gecko < 2.0. I wanted to report it myself, but I hadn't had time for this so far. Please see this picture. I guess there is a 2 GiB limit somewhere... Sizes are OK in Firefox 20.0.1 though.

Yes, that does look to be the case.
(Though that is a different issue from the OP's.)

I'm not so sure about this; guessing from the title, it's exactly the same issue. Unfortunately, the OP hasn't posted again, so we don't know for sure. Anyway, the issue should be fixed (to change from MB to GB is a feature request IMO but no size at all is a bug).
