ABE still not compatible with TMP 0.4.1.x

Post by Kumi »

In NoScript 2.6.6.1 changelot
x [ABE] Fixed letest Tab Mix Plus version (4.1.0) causing loads started
from the address bar to be considered cross-site

But still, when I try to access to my router (192.168.1.1) in private browser window,or normal window on a opened tab.ABE still warns me about cross-site and denied my operation.

I'm using Win7 32bit, Firefox 21beta 6, TMP 0.4.1.1pre.130504a, and NoScript 2.6.6.1

This doesn't happen for me or the major of people, so not sure what private browsing is trying to access your router to begin with. If it is, then in fact ABE is doing the right thing. Keep in mind, if there an issue with your router, such as it crashes while you are in FX and then comes back up, the DNS cache will result in this error as well. So I suggest you check your internet connection and if it is good, then close and restart the browser. If it still happens, check your proxy settings.

Yesterday,when I disabled TMP,it's OK,but when I enabled TMP,and ABE blocked my access.

Now,I just opened my computer, and then tried to access my router in private browser window,It's works fine.

I don't get the opinion, but anyway thanks for the answer.

Not really an opinion per se, just trying to think out loud as to what might be causing it and asking you to check it. If its working now, then more than likely what I said was the issue, a DNS cache issue due to the router cycling, so keep an eye on it and see what happens.

I have the same problem using

- Firefox 20.0.1
- Tab Mix Plus 0.4.1.0
- NoScript 2.6.6.1

I'm working in private mode with chronik turned off in firefox.

As I installed the RC everything worked for a few days. Then suddenly again I was not able to access my NAS, Router, HDD Receiver etc.

Then I reinstalled both plugins and it worked again for a few days until now. :-(

I always have to disable TMP, restart FF, reenable TMP to make it work. But after a few days everything is messed up again.

So the problem is definitely not fixed.

Kind regards,
Michael
