latest version of flash got shows all possible download link of video.
How do I know which one to select "download from cache"?

The video is finished loading and I don't want to re-download again.

Due to changes in Fx over the past few versions, FG can no longer grab the video from the cache and it will open a new connection to the path to grab it, sorry. Blame is not with FG.
