NS Addon messages remain

I have Options>> Notifications>> messages hide after 2 seconds set. But the messages of Script partially etc continue to remain beyond that in the Addon bar displacing the Show IP addon which I have Right=justified.
2. Can the users have a choice ,on where exactly they place the NS messages in the Addon bar?
