Thanks for quick response... I tried with the dev version after restart still doesnt work.
Im using firefox 19.0.2
(Ive tried alt+click, fiddling with settings) nothing works. Youtube still works perfect though. Could someone test with firefox 19?

I am having the same problem. Today is the first day I noticed it not working with dailymotion. Using Firefox 19.0.2 and Flashgot 1.5.5

I'm getting a 53 MB, 15:52 download for that clip.

Perhaps its related to your location or ISP?
Or download manager?

Appears that the clip actually does come down in fragments, but I suspect that by changing the URL, you can capture the entire clip at once?

Hi,
It's not possible to download videos from dailymotion.com since the upgrade to 1.5.5
It was working fine on dailymotion for me before this happened when I was using 1.5.4
Have tried downgrade back to 1.5.4 that I was previously using and didn't work anymorer.
FlastGot works fine on other websites though.
Is there some bug(s) or something wrong?

Please advise.

It looks like sometimes you'll get something like (proxy):

http://proxy-61.dailymotion.com/*

& in those cases, FlashGot is not finding the link.

Suppose FlashGot is looking specifically for something like:

http://vid2.ec.dmcdn.net/*

So either need to look for both or would think that s/proxy-61.dailymotion.com/vid2.ec.dmcdn.net/ should work.

For me, all the links that have been posted here have worked.
I did get the FlashGot media icon & the downloads proceeded as expected.

What download manager are you using?
Does your download manager show the actual URL of the file it is attempting to get?

There have been some clips that I have come across & they were using the "proxy" URL:

Sometimes refreshing the page, or refreshing a few times, would bypass the proxy, loading from a http://vid2.ec.dmcdn.net/ URL, at which time the FlashGot media icon did appear.

(When posting links you should put them in [URL] or
