Not at this point. Chrome's extension architecture is more limited than Firefox, and Giorgio doesn't want to put out a half-baked effort. It's on the radar. Others have produced limited clones, but I'd only trust the original.
However, Chrome can block scripts to a more limited extent without extensions. Take a look at the Under the Hood settings, under Content.
