Firefox (on Linux) and NoScript blocking embedded youtube
Firefox (on Linux) and NoScript blocking embedded youtube
I've got FF with Noscript and cant view embedded Youtube videos (although Youtube itself works) unless I just turn off all or disable everything. I've googled around and seen other people complain about this, but with no resolution. Even if I temporarily allow all on this page it still continues to block the embedded video. Suggestions?

Re: Firefox (on Linux) and NoScript blocking embedded youtub
In Options-Embeddings, have you enabled 'Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too'? If so, then you'll see entries in the Blocked Objects menu for the plugin content, allowing you to temporarily allow it.
If not, then is there anything NoScript-related in the Error Console (Ctrl+Shift+J)? Please copy and paste here, or if the spam filter doesn't like it, then you can send it to a moderator via private message.

In my Options-Embeddings Menu -- I don't have an option for "Apply these restrictions for whitelisted sites" or really anything close to that
Here is my error console -- I don''t see anything listed related to the embedded youtube video (please note a flicker of the video is shown when the page load and then blank space replaces it. No frame, place holder or another object takes its place
(Whoops the spam filer caught me -- I'll have to send it via a PM)
Well every moderator I try to send to on this board the program states this user does not exist. Seriously frustrating if you ask me

URL to the video?
Does the same occur if you run FF 19 release?
> unless I just turn off all or disable everything
What does that mean?
