How to import a blacklist?

I couldn't find an answer for this question in the forum:
Some people recommend to block some sites, e.g. here: http://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7686
I think it is very useful, but don't know how to import these sites to my NoScript version.
So: How can I import a blacklist? I only know how to export a whitelist and import this very whitelist to a new NoScript account.
